Details of our manufacturer’s warranty and how to make a claim.
Warranty Period
All JB3DPD products purchased through our website are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal intended use, including defects relating to:
- Manufacturing quality.
- Materials.
- Workmanship.
If a product develops a fault as a result of one of the above during the warranty period, we’ll assess the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
What Isn’t Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect the function of the product.
- Incorrect installation.
- Improper use or misuse.
- Accidental damage.
- Modifications or alterations made after purchase.
- Use of the product outside its intended purpose.
Damage caused by external factors beyond our control is also excluded from this warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us assess your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, where applicable.
Additional information may occasionally be requested if required to assess the claim.
Assessment of Claims
Every warranty claim is reviewed individually. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll decide the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
This may include:
- Supplying a replacement part.
- Replacing the product.
- Providing a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Return Postage
Where a warranty claim is accepted and returning the product is necessary, we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage costs or arrange an appropriate return method.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
Limitations
This warranty applies only to defects in the product itself. It does not cover any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the product.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
