Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted only once we have confirmed dispatch of your order. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Orders may be cancelled prior to manufacturing. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is accepted through:

• PayPal.
• Shop Pay, including supported debit and credit cards.

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch begins.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or product information error is identified after an order has been placed, we’ll contact you to explain the situation.

If necessary, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and photographs accurately represent the products we manufacture. However:

• Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.
• Some listings may use stock photographs.
• Minor differences in colour, finish, texture or appearance may occur.
• Some products may receive design improvements over time that do not affect their intended function.

For example, certain products such as butt hooks may be supplied with an updated or revised base design that differs slightly from the product photographs while maintaining the same functionality. These differences do not constitute a fault.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their equipment before placing an order. If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for your rifle or accessory, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to assist.

Manufacturing to Order

The majority of our products are manufactured after an order has been placed. This enables us to maintain product quality while reducing unnecessary waste and stock holding.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates and international shipping information are available in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. JB3DPD cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are handled. Please refer to that policy before returning any products.

Warranty

Our Warranty Policy explains the manufacturer’s warranty provided with eligible products. Warranty claims should be made in accordance with that policy.
