Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JB3DPD. Following are the terms andconditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All items are made to order, due to this all orders will be processed/dispatched within 3-4 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered onweekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Pleaseallow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of yourorder, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

(No tracking will be supplied for UK orders as they are sent with delivery confirmation only unless specified otherwise)

If applicable you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing yourtracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

JB3DPD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Allfees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We do not accept orders or ship via our website to EU countries.
